Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management.
- Requires 7 years related experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing and materials management; or an MA/MBA and 4+ years of related experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing and materials management environment.
- Requires 5+ years direct supervision/management experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement aftermarket planning for end unit and spares sales.
- Monitor production returns and quality issues.
- Drive supply plan and manage shipment releases for aftermarket demand.
- Coordinate with sourcing to support strategy.
- Identify shortfalls and develop corrective actions.
- Report trends and decisions to senior management.
