Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Material Planning Supervisor in Grapevine, TX. This full-time, on-site role leads aftermarket material planning, demand planning, and inventory management to support end-unit and spare parts requirements.

You will work across Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and suppliers to align supply with demand while minimizing disruptions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing operations or supply chain with leadership experience; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct people leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning activities to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production operations.
• Develop and execute material planning strategies supporting end-unit sales and spare parts demand.
• Identify material shortages, supply constraints, and inventory risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor production returns and quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement product transitions and new program introductions within planning systems.
• Manage material allocation across business priorities and budgetary responsibilities.
