Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Materials Planning to lead the planning organization in Fort Worth, TX. This role ensures material availability to support the production plan and customer commitments.

The position owners demand and supply planning, inventory strategy and ERP planning parameters, while guiding a team of planners and schedulers to optimize performance and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of materials planning or supply-chain experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• 5+ years of MRP/ERP planning and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the materials planning organization and the end-to-end planning process.
• Owns material availability to support the production plan and customer commitments.
• Sets inventory strategy, safety stock policy and days-of-supply targets.
• Governs ERP/MRP planning parameters, data accuracy and system discipline.
• Leads the supply side of the SIOP/S&OP process with Operations and Commercial.
• Drives supplier delivery performance and shortage-mitigation plans.
• Manages planning KPIs and improvement plans.
• Builds, coaches and develops the planning team.
