Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Fort Worth seeks a Material Control Planner to oversee inventory transactions and KPI reporting. This 100% onsite, full-time role requires running SAP MRP and maintaining item master data across sites.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in materials control, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a bias for accuracy. Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus; APICS CPIM or Six Sigma is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years in materials control or inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory software and advanced Excel.
• APICS CPIM, CIPS, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory transactions and KPI reporting.
• Manage orders, shipping docs, and shipment performance.
• Run SAP MRP and verify accuracy; publish results.
• Maintain item master and BOM data; audits.
• Coordinate material aging, excess, and disposition.
• Lead cycle counts and interdepartmental reviews.
• Prepare shipment documents and hit rate reports.
