Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for aerospace programs, collaborating with program teams to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS readiness. The role emphasizes CPM, baselining, and schedule performance analysis across DoD, NASA, and commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aerospace scheduling, strong CPM expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and EVM concepts.

Qualifications

• Three (3+) or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning within aerospace/defense environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Deep knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules aligned with WBS, control accounts, and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain logical network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems; support EVMS, baselines, and forecasting.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support IBRs and change management.
• Perform schedule performance analysis, including variance, KPI trends, and critical path identification.
