Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Master Scheduler to support a portfolio of aerospace programs for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project, ensure cost‑schedule integration, and tailor scheduling strategies to program lifecycles and risk profiles.

You will collaborate with Program Managers, engineers, contracts, procurement, and finance to ensure on-time delivery within budget, with full performance visibility across multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or similarly complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PM, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance).
• Extensive experience building and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment; familiarity with EVM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and manage network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to support full cost-schedule integration and EVM when required.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support IBRs and change control.
• Perform schedule performance analysis including variance and KPI tracking; provide insights to leadership.
