Voyager Technologies is recruiting a Senior Master Production Scheduler to own the integrated master production schedule across all active programs in Pueblo, CO. The role drives scheduling priorities, aligns with program management, and coordinates with operations and engineering to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of master scheduling or production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience owning multi-program master schedules.
• Ability to make cross-program priority decisions in constrained environments.
• Proven experience with MRP/ERP planning concepts (CRP, RCCP, lot sizing).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master production schedule across all active programs.
• Translate milestones into internal schedules and lead program reviews.
• Develop cross-program priority and sequencing decisions when capacity is constrained.
• Define master scheduling parameters (horizons, fences, lot sizing, frozen zone).
• Lead weekly schedule reviews and monthly capacity planning with leadership.
• Identify capacity and material risks and craft mitigation strategies.
• Provide direction to work order release timing and MRP parameter changes.
• Own schedule performance metrics and report to leadership with RCA.
