Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Production Planner to lead ERP/MRP scheduling, ensure data integrity, and support the go‑live of planning processes for energetics programs. You will manage MRP runs, BOMs, routings, lead times, and ensure accuracy of open orders and production data.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in production or materials planning, hands‑on NetSuite experience, and a disciplined approach to planning data.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years of age and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Explosives licenses eligibility required (State and Federal).
• 2–4 years of production/planning or MRP experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience: release work orders, manage planning data; NetSuite a plus.
• Know-how of BOMs, routings, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, MRP exceptions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; capable of building planning reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP runs in NetSuite; review suggestions, release work orders, manage planning horizon daily/weekly.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity for BOMs, routings, lead times, safety stock, reorder points.
• Manage open work orders through release to completion; ensure accuracy vs. floor status.
• Maintain lot/batch traceability for energetics programs per AS9100 and traveler requirements.
• Translate Master Scheduler schedule into release timing, material availability, and purchase requisition timing.
• Identify shortages and communicate with Production Expeditor and Master Scheduler.
• Coordinate purchase requisition timing with Buyer I to align with start dates.
• Support ERP/MRP go-live readiness: data validation, item master cleanse, parameter setup.
• Assist Expeditor with system-level information for floor escalation; generate standard reports.
• Develop and maintain planning reports on work order status and MRP exceptions.
