Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Pueblo, CO seeks a Senior Master Production Scheduler to own the integrated master production schedule across active programs. You will drive sequencing, capacity planning, and delivery commitments, reporting to the Materials & Production Planning Manager.

The role requires 5+ years in master scheduling, proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), and strong Excel skills. Travel up to 15%; on-site work in Colorado is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of master scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment, with ownership of a multi-program master production schedule.
• Experience translating customer milestones into internal production schedules for program reviews.
• Ability to develop cross-program priority and sequencing decisions under capacity constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master production schedule across all active and emerging programs.
• Translate milestones into internal schedules and coordinate with program reviews and delivery status meetings.
• Develop cross-program priority decisions when capacity or material cannot support all programs.
• Define and maintain scheduling parameters and freezing rules within the planning system.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews and monthly capacity planning with cross-functional teams.
• Identify capacity constraints and mitigation strategies in coordination with planning.
• Provide direction on work order release timing and MRP parameter changes.
