Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Production Planner to manage day‑to‑day MRP runs in NetSuite and ensure data integrity across BOMs, routings, and lead times. You will translate master scheduling into release timing and coordinate with buyers to align procurement with production start dates.

You will maintain lot/batch traceability for energetics programs in compliance with AS9100 and drive planning reports that inform the Scheduler and Expeditor. Attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background checks.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses.
• 2–4 years of production planning or MRP experience in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite a plus.
• Solid knowledge of BOM, routing, lead times, safety stock, reorder points.
• Strong attention to detail and data discipline.
• Organized and systematic; able to manage high volume of orders and planning transactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP runs in NetSuite; review suggestions, release work orders, manage horizon daily/weekly.
• Own ERP/MRP data integrity for BOMs, routings, lead times, safety stock, reorder points.
• Manage open work orders through production lifecycle; ensure system vs floor status alignment.
• Maintain lot/batch traceability for energetics programs in AS9100 context.
• Translate master schedule into release timing and material availability.
• Identify shortages; inform Expeditor and Master Scheduler of impacts.
• Coordinate procurement timing with buyers to align with start dates.
• Support go‑live data validation, item master cleansing, and parameter setup.
• Support Expeditor with system data; provide delivery dates and open quantities.
• Develop and maintain standard planning reports for Scheduler and Expeditor.
