Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Master Data Delivery to lead the Product Master Data function within our Tools and Outdoor team. You will own data quality, steer data collection, cleansing and loading, and align with the Master Data Roadmap.

You will manage a team handling data from multiple sources, leveraging SQL, Python, and AI tooling to enable ETL into Snowflake and Salsify. The role requires strong collaboration with business partners and IT to improve product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, data, or related field.
• 8+ years in data analytics, IT, or product data management.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team with a growth mindset.
• Strong problem solving and data transformation skills.
• Expertise translating business questions into data outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of high quality Product Master Data per data quality standards.
• Lead day-to-day Product Master Data work: collection, cleansing, enrichment and maintenance.
• Set team priorities aligned with the Product Master Data Roadmap and coach staff.
