You will define future-state requirements and ensure clear scope for upcoming workstreams, partnering with product, business and technology teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

The role emphasizes process design, data quality, and rollout readiness, with exposure to ERP systems (SAP/JDE/JDA), ETL workflows, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience (BA).
• 3+ years in process transformation or business process improvement.
• 3+ years across cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Ability to operate independently with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate needs.
• Experience with enterprise data import/export, integrations, ETL.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or JDA.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state requirements and scope for product master data workstreams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Co-own process design and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Define future-state workflows and business rules; ensure build readiness.
