Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a Manager – Global Master Data Quality to lead the global optimization of master data and support reporting. You will oversee an offshore/onshore team, develop a Data Quality Playbook, and partner with IT and business leads to improve data standards and governance.

You will drive dashboards, data cleansing, enrichment, and validation across systems such as SAP, SFDC, JDE, Snowflake, Oracle, ensuring data quality and timely issue resolution with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S., M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Information, Data Science.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing teams.
• 8+ years of related and progressive experience in Data Quality Management, BI, Data Analytics, Data Migration.
• Experience with SAP Information Steward & BODS.
• Proficiency programming: SQL, Python for automated DQ checks.

Responsibilities

• Hire & lead onshore/offshore team that is Business Facing.
• Create a Data Quality Playbook to standardize roles & responsibilities for remediation.
• Collaborate with Business Leads, IT, and IS for data management.
• Create operational dashboards for Executive Leaders.
• Build cleansing, standardization, enrichment & validation for master data.
• Monitor data quality metrics and perform root cause analysis.
