Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks an experienced Master Data Analyst to join a global program as a remote contributor. You will partner with marketing, ecommerce, product and IT to gather requirements, document projects, and drive data quality across global systems.

You will own data mappings, ETL support, and governance for the product master data, while enabling new item setup and updates. Strong Excel, SQL, and PIM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/IT/Data Analytics/Business/Finance/Data Science/Marketing).
• 5+ years hands‑on master data, product management, or data management in a global company.
• 2+ years direct responsibility for platform development or data lifecycle management.
• Proven experience supporting product data or product development workflows in a complex business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting with large datasets.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, data definitions, and workflow logic clearly and reuseable.
• Strong understanding of digital delivery phases: requirements, information architecture, design, development, testing, UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation across cross‑functional teams.
• Define data formats, conventions, and structures to accurately describe products.
• Translate evolving business needs into actionable analytical requirements and data models.
• Partner with IT, business, product, and vendor teams for alignment, testing, and implementation.
• Support data governance, ETL processes, integrations, and KPI development across systems.
