Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an experienced Master Data Analyst to join our global product master data program as a remote employee.

You will partner with marketing, ecommerce, brand, product, and IT teams to gather requirements, document projects, and drive data governance across systems. The role emphasizes data quality, standardization, and driving continuous improvement through data mapping, ETL, and lifecycle management to enable product development, marketing, and ecommerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics/Business/Finance/Data Science/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in master data, product management, and/or data management in a global company.
• Over 2 years of direct responsibility for platform development and/or data lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting product data or product development workflows in a complex business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ability to document processes, requirements, data definitions, and workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, ecommerce, brand, product, and IT teams to gather requirements and coordinate resolution.
• Support data modeling, mappings, and workflows at global, regional, and market levels; contribute to enterprise architecture for item setup and updates.
• Lead data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation across cross-functional teams.
• Drive data governance, quality initiatives, data mapping, ETL processes, and KPI development.
• Collaborate with IT to identify data gaps and provide solutions for process improvement.
