Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Master Data Delivery to lead the Tools and Outdoor data team in collecting, cleansing, and maintaining Product Master Data across systems.

You will guide data quality, templates, and governance while delivering high-quality data products that enable analytics and AI initiatives. You'll manage a team, set priorities, drive data transformations using SQL, Python, and modern ETL tools, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to realize

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, IT, or related field.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Translate business questions into data transformations and outputs.
• Experience with large datasets and 100k+ rows.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data transformation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Product Master Data work including collection, cleansing, enrichment, and maintenance.
• Own delivery of high-quality data products per data quality standards.
• Set team priorities and coach members to ensure execution.
• Analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, implement solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners and IT to resolve data/process issues.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects and maintain documentation.
