BroadReach Search Partners is assisting a market-leading life sciences tools company in finding a Senior Territory Manager for the Boston/Cambridge area. You will drive sales of mass spectrometry instrumentation across Eastern Massachusetts, engaging biotech and pharmaceutical accounts and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences, mass spec or analytical instrumentation.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales within pharma/biopharma accounts.
• Strong mass spec workflow knowledge.
• Full sales cycle experience from prospecting to close.
• Proven account management and prospecting skills with CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of mass spectrometry instrumentation in the Eastern Massachusetts territory, focused on Cambridge biotech and pharma markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and account planning through competitive conversions and contract close.
• Grow existing accounts and cross-sell complementary products.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and leadership to win large capital equipment deals.
• Travel within the territory up to 75%.
