Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of mass spectrometry bioanalytical experience.
• Experience with protein/peptide MS analysis (intact/subunit).
• Expertise in method development and validation for large molecules.
• Proficiency with RP-HPLC, SEC, HILIC, nanoLC, microLC.
• Strong data processing and cross‑functional communication.
• Hands‑on instrument maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead LC‑MS/MS assay development, validation and fit‑for‑purpose bioanalysis.
• Plan workflows for peptide mapping and PTM analysis.
• Develop bioanalytical methods for complex proteins.
• Set goals/timelines for bioanalysis in cross‑functional teams.
• Perform advanced data processing and statistical analysis.
• Maintain instrumentation and SOPs; keep electronic notebooks.
