Qualifications

• Extensive mass spectrometry expertise for proteins/peptides.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS, IP assays and biomarker quantification.
• Bioanalytical method development and validation for large molecules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and validation of LC-MS/MS and IP assays for biomarkers and proteins.
• Design workflows for peptide mapping, PTM analysis, disulfide mapping, and glycosylation analysis.
• Develop bioanalytical methods for high MW, highly glycosylated proteins; optimize enzymatic digestion strategies.
• Communicate goals, timelines, and priorities within cross-functional teams.
• Perform advanced data processing and statistical analysis using multiple software tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and reports.
