Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation, including community banking and financial services subsidiaries, is seeking a senior leader to head the MarTech team and drive marketing technology strategy.

You will plan website strategy, develop SEO, and collaborate with Marketing, IT, Data and Product to operationalize predictive models while managing vendor relationships and evaluating new tech. This role is hybrid in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience overseeing enterprise marketing technology solutions and delivery of website strategy.
• Knowledge of digital banking and financial services preferred.
• Expertise in CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic thinking and turn ideas into actions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading people, talent development, team building and contributing to growth culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MarTech team of marketing automation and UX professionals, setting goals and providing guidance and mentorship.
• Plan and execute Wintrust's website strategy in collaboration with Digital Banking and Social Media teams.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy and monitor online user experience.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Data and Product to operationalize predictive models and data-driven marketing programs.
• Manage external vendor and platform relationships and evaluate new technologies.
