Job summary

Cengage Group in Ohio, USA is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own delivery, governance, and evolution of the Marketing Technology portfolio.

You will lead end-to-end programs across the MarTech stack, drive roadmaps, manage dependencies, and partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics to ensure successful execution. The role requires deep technical PM capabilities and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
Experience with MarTech platforms including marketing automation, CRM, CMS.
Understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, SaaS tech.
Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio.
Lead complex MarTech programs from planning through delivery and adoption.
Coordinate priorities with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics.
Provide governance over the marketing tech landscape and platform integrations.
Drive executive-level reporting on health, risks, and achievements.
Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize the MarTech stack.
