Cengage Group is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own the delivery, governance, and evolution of our Marketing Technology portfolio. The role requires deep technical program management, a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, data integrations, and marketing operations, with collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
Experience with Marketing Technology platforms including marketing automation, CRM, CMS, consumer data, insights and digital experience tech.
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise SaaS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and Jira/Confluence.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end program management across the Marketing Technology portfolio.
Lead complex MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps and risk management.
Coordinate priorities with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Analytics and other teams.
Provide governance and lifecycle planning across the MarTech landscape.
Drive executive-level reporting on program health, risks, and achievements.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem.
