Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions and influencing teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems, including marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and digital analytics.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, platform dependencies, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio, aligning initiatives with Marketing and Technology priorities.
• Lead complex MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps, dependencies, risks, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Analytics to drive execution.
• Provide governance and oversight of the MarTech landscape, including platform integrations and technology lifecycle planning.
• Report on program health, risks, decisions, and achievements to executives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem and integrations.
