Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions and influencing teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems (marketing automation, CRM, CMS, data, analytics).
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, dependencies, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio, aligning with Marketing and Technology priorities.
• Lead multi-functional MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps, dependencies, risks, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and other teams to coordinate priorities and drive execution.
• Provide governance and oversight across the MarTech landscape, including integrations, tech lifecycle, debt, and investment priorities.
• Drive executive-level reporting on program health, risks, decisions, and achievements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem and integrations.
