Job summary

Match Group is hiring a versatile engineer to work on mobile (iOS or Android) and backend services. You’ll instrument apps, build server-side components, and contribute to marketing operations tooling used across Tinder, Hinge, Match, and other brands.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate across teams, and help advance AI-native marketing workflows. A strong foundation in full-stack development and cloud CI/CD is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software across mobile and backend
• Hands-on experience with iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) and SDK integration
• Experience with building APIs and server-side services in modern languages
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own features from client SDK to server side.
• Instrument apps for marketing tech and build server-side services.
• Develop and maintain MarTech tooling and MCPs to support AI-driven workflows.
