You will work closely with marketers and analysts, influence product roadmaps, and lead the team as it grows. The role emphasizes AI-native marketing operations and data privacy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong experience on iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), SDK integration, and app lifecycle.
• Backend chops: APIs and server-side services in modern languages.
• Cloud, CI/CD, and data warehouse familiarity.
• Ability to own work end-to-end and align with stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Own the bigger picture: define the MarTech roadmap and architecture.
• Maintain and evolve the MarTech stack across client apps and servers.
• Build marketing operations tooling and AI/agent-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts to shape product direction.
