Job summary

Match Group in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a senior MarTech-focused engineer to own the client SDKs (iOS/Android) and server-side services, plus marketing tooling. You’ll drive architecture, implement AI-native workflows, and set standards across the portfolio of Tinder, Hinge, Match, and more.

You'll work closely with marketers and analysts, move between mobile and backend, and help scale the team as it grows in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong experience on iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), SDK integration, and app store lifecycles.
• Solid full-stack/backend chops: APIs and server-side services in modern languages.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data warehouse.
• Able to own work end-to-end and drive ambiguous problems to resolution.

• Own the technical roadmap for central MarTech services.
• Define architecture and set engineering standards.
• Develop and maintain marketing event instrumentation and tooling.
