Job summary

Tinder, part of Match Group, is hiring a senior MarTech engineer to own features across iOS, Android, and backend systems. You will instrument apps, build server-side services, and shape marketing operations tooling for the entire portfolio. This is a founding‑engineer level role with influence over architecture and standards.

You will lead end-to-end work, drive AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with marketers and analysts to deliver scalable marketing tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software with strong iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) experience, including SDK integration and App Store/Play Store releases.
• Solid full-stack/backend chops: APIs and server-side services in modern languages (Node, Python, Go, or Kotlin).
• Track record of setting technical direction, architecture decisions, and raising the bar for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the bigger picture and architecture for central MarTech services.
• Implement MarTech stack maintenance: instrumentation, privacy/consent handling, and event delivery to partners and data warehouse.
• Build marketing operations tooling: ad-platform management, creative tooling, and audience syncing, including AI/agent-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with marketers/analysts, shipping features end-to-end from client SDKs to backend systems.
