Job summary

Match Group in Palo Alto is seeking a versatile engineer to work across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and backend services, owning features from client SDKs to server‑side implementations. You will instrument apps, build telemetry, and contribute to marketing operations tooling, with opportunities to shape AI‑driven workflows and MCPs across our brands.

You’ll join a ground‑floor MarTech team that supports Tinder, Hinge, Match, and more, and grow with the role as product needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software with hands-on mobile app experience (iOS/Android).
• Experience with API and backend services and modern languages.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
• Comfort owning features end to end from client to server and collaborating across teams.
• Experience with marketing/attribution SDKs and ad platforms is a plus.
• Interest in AI-driven tooling and MCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Instrument iOS/Android apps and build server-side services behind them.
• Develop and maintain Marketing Operations tooling and audience syncing.
• Contribute to AI/agent-driven workflows and MCPs across Match Group brands.
• Collaborate with data teams to support measurement and attribution.
