Job summary

Match Group is hiring a senior engineer to own both mobile (iOS/Android) and backend/server‑side work, shaping architecture and directing early engineering standards. You will drive AI‑native marketing operations, build MCP tooling, and influence tech across Tinder, Hinge, Match and more.

You’ll work as a hands‑on leader, partnering with marketers and analysts to deliver end‑to‑end experiences, data pipelines, and scalable systems that power growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software across mobile and backend
• iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) with SDK integration and app-store lifecycles
• Strong track record in setting technical direction and architecture
• Familiar with cloud infra, CI/CD, and data warehouses
• Ability to own end-to-end work across client and server
• Active use of AI tooling to accelerate shipping code
• Experience building MCP servers/tools or interest to do so

Responsibilities

• Own the MarTech architecture and roadmap for central services
• Lead MarTech implementation across iOS/Android and backend
• Develop marketing ops tooling and AI-enabled workflows
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts to align tech outcomes
• Set engineering standards and scale the team
