Job summary

The Sr. Manager of Martech Enablement at Tapestry, Inc. bridges marketing technology across North America and Europe while translating business objectives into activation within Cordial and related platforms.

You will partner with Coach and Kate Spade teams to align platform capabilities with growth priorities and drive adoption of Martech capabilities. You will develop scalable enablement programs, create training materials, and ensure cross-brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Cordial, Braze or similar marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across brand marketing, product, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Martech partner for Coach and Kate Spade NA and EU teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle marketing with new capabilities.
• Drive adoption of Martech capabilities across brands and regions.
• Establish enablement frameworks, playbooks, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Martech Infrastructure to translate business needs into use cases.
