As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will shape end-to-end martech roadmaps, translate data signals into strategic blueprints, and advise C-suite stakeholders on how to maximize Braze, Segment, and Databricks within a

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in CRM roadmap development, customer journey mapping methodologies, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Hands-on familiarity with two or more enterprise martech platforms—Braze, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Solution Consultants on discovery and assessment of clients' existing martech environments.
• Develop multi-year martech roadmaps that sequence investments across data infrastructure and analytics maturity.
• Prepare martech adoption and activation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end journey mapping—from discovery to future-state maps—defining personas and data signals.
