The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in martech enablement, strong SQL and CDP experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing audience segmentation, performance reporting, platform adoption, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of martech enablement experience supporting CRM and personalization programs.
• Hands-on product management experience managing clienteling platforms.
• Proven expertise in audience builds, able to translate data attributes into business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for platform-related questions.
• Ensure continuity of clienteling programs.
• Monitor platform adoption across regions and address underutilization.
