You will partner with enterprise marketers and data leaders to translate complex signals into strategic blueprints, guide multi‑year roadmaps, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. The role blends technology, data, and customer experience, with travel up to 20% and in‑person onboarding at

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated track record building and presenting multi-year roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
• Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy required.

Responsibilities

• Translate data and strategic complexity into business language clients can act on.
• Lead meetings that drive decisions, not just updates.
• Build relationships at multiple levels, including C-suite and project leads.
• Present recommendations with rationale and tradeoffs, not just analysis.
• Mentor and provide feedback for other Marketing Strategists.
