Job summary

The Sr. Manager of Martech Enablement at Tapestry, Inc. bridges marketing technology across North America and Europe while translating business objectives into activation within Cordial and related platforms.

You will partner with Coach and Kate Spade teams to align platform capabilities with growth priorities and drive adoption of Martech capabilities. You will develop scalable enablement programs, create training materials, and ensure cross-brand consistency.

Qualifications

Primary Purpose

The Sr. Manager of Martech Enablement serves as the bridge between Tapestry Martech and brand marketing teams, helping translate business objectives into effective activation within Martech platforms (Cordial). This role partners closely with Coach and Kate Spade teams across North America and Europe to align platform capabilities with business priorities, identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement programs, and drive adoption of Martech capabilities. Working across brands and regions, the role captures successful approaches, develops scalable best practices, and promotes consistent activation standards across the organization. As the business-facing lead within Martech, the Sr. Manager of Martech Enablement partners with Martech Infrastructure to ensure business needs are translated into actionable requirements, platform capabilities are effectively adopted, and Martech investments deliver measurable value.

The successful individual will leverage their expertise in Technology to:
  • Serve as the primary Martech partner for Coach and Kate Spade North America and Europe marketing teams, aligning Cordial platform capabilities to business priorities and activation goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle marketing programs by introducing new capabilities, use cases, and best practices informed by cross-brand and cross-regional learnings.
  • Drive adoption of Martech capabilities across brands and regions, helping teams maximize platform value and marketing effectiveness.
  • Establish and scale enablement frameworks, including playbooks, training materials, operating procedures, and activation best practices with Cordial platform.
  • Lead Martech enablement strategy, ensuring teams have the frameworks, best practices, and guidance needed to successfully adopt platform capabilities, increase proficiency, and drive self-sufficient activation across brands and regions.
  • Partner with Martech Infrastructure to translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements, and prioritized enhancements.
  • Represent lifecycle marketing needs during Technology quarterly planning and roadmap discussions, ensuring business priorities are reflected.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across brands and regions, promoting adoption of proven approaches and successful activation strategies.
  • Monitor adoption trends and stakeholder feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities across processes, capabilities, and ways of working.
The accomplished individual will possess:
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Cordial, Braze, or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign activation.
  • Experience supporting business stakeholders in a consultative, enablement, or platform adoption capacity.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across brand marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Experience developing scalable enablement programs, training materials, and operating models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience translating business objectives into actionable requirements, use cases, and platform enhancements.
An outstanding professional will have:
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or regions within a shared Martech ecosystem.
  • Experience driving adoption of new capabilities during a platform migration, transformation, or operating model change.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing measurement.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Track record of scaling best practices, standardizing processes, and improving marketing effectiveness across teams and markets.
