Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Sr. Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect to own end-to-end marketing data architecture and embed AI into journey automation. You will design an interconnected ecosystem enabling personalized experiences across campaigns, budgets, and optimization cycles.

You will partner with Lifecycle, Analytics, Sales Ops and IT to ensure scalable, reliable integrations and forward-looking architectural decisions that drive ROI and growth for the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MarTech with enterprise architecture ownership.
• Hands-on design of AI-powered marketing capabilities.
• Experience architecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-house systems at scale.
• Understanding budgeting, planning cycles, and ROI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered marketing capabilities across systems from intake to insights.
• Own integration architecture and proactively resolve data/logical conflicts.
• Connect personalization across the funnel to maximize acquisition, conversion and expansion.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and governance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops and IT teams.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and advise on trade-offs.
• Create and own a centralized marketing hub spanning the full execution lifecycle.
