Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Sr. Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of marketing data flows, from intake to conversion, embedding AI and automation into the journey.

You will design a centralized marketing hub spanning planning through ROI feedback loops, guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic ecosystem. You will lead architecture decisions, integrate HL data across platforms, and drive optimization of campaigns, personalization, and data quality at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MarTech and enterprise-scale system architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI-powered marketing capabilities.
• Deep experience architecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-house systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of marketing budgeting, planning cycles, and ROI measurement.
• Experience building scalable integrations across marketing systems via APIs and middleware.
• Proven track record in vendor evaluation and platform implementation for enterprise orgs.
• Natural cross-functional partner able to translate requirements into architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered marketing capabilities from generative AI to predictive scoring.
• Own how marketing systems integrate with one another and evolve the ecosystem.
• Create a centralized marketing hub across the full lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Translate business needs into architecture decisions and governance inputs.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops and other teams.
