Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Professional Services leader to own enterprise-scale engagements from design to adoption. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to shape delivery, drive successful implementations, and scale solutions for large customers.

You’ll combine delivery leadership with deep technical knowledge of the Klaviyo platform, CDP, and martech, guiding strategic conversations and mentoring teams to elevate delivery quality across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into technical delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from shaping delivery with Sales to adoption with Customer Success.
• Lead as a senior individual contributor, guiding complex enterprise accounts and delivering measurable outcomes.
