Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal for the new Pan-Amazon ProServe team, the first commerce/AdTech expert driving measurable outcomes. You will translate AWS capabilities into enterprise solutions, partnering with Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners to scale offerings across geographies.

You will lead high-visibility pursuits, shape reusable assets, and work with Ads, Retail, and DSP teams to ensure rapid, valuable delivery for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to broader business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
