Job summary

Navient Solutions LLC seeks a Media Operations Senior Manager to lead the technology, data, and operational capabilities for marketing execution and measurement. Balance technical skill with business priorities, partnering across functions to deliver scalable, compliant, and measurable solutions for growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities include owning ESP/CDP governance (Braze experience a major plus), managing tracking and pixel deployments, and developing audience activation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years governing enterprise ESPs and CDPs (Braze a major plus).
• 2+ years hands-on Ad Operations including pixel configurations and server-side tracking.
• Experience with financial services/regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing technology roadmap and ecosystem for Partnerships, Email, SMS, Paid Digital Channels.
• Own ESP/CDP governance and data flows (Braze, Segment).
• Set up event passback to paid ad platforms and implement tracking pixels.
• Develop scalable audience activation strategies and data activation across channels.
• Maintain governance and documentation for marketing tech systems.
