Earnest, a mission-driven financial platform, seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own end-to-end marketing tech and data workflows. You’ll translate marketing strategy into technical requirements, manage Braze, and oversee ad operations, tracking, and data governance.

Based in the US, you’ll collaborate across marketing, engineering, and analytics, drive experimentation, ensure CAN-SPAM compliance, and lead onboarding of CDPs and data integrations while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience governing enterprise ESPs and CDPs, Braze a major plus.
• 2+ years owning Ad Operations execution including pixels, server-side tracking, and targeting across channels.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and modeling complex datasets.
• Hybrid of marketing, engineering, and analytics; translate strategy into technical architecture and execution plans.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, IP/domain health, and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sit at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and analytics, translating complex strategies into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Own Braze ESP data inflows/outflows, CDP integrations, and unsubscribe governance for orchestration.
• Lead end-to-end Ad Operations, configure tracking pixels, and optimize spend via event implementations.
• Manage campaign lifecycle from inception to delivery, including UTM guidelines and scalable data ingestion pipelines.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and validation for flawless setup and message execution.
• Champion data governance and documentation across martech stack; safeguard IP and domain health.
• Drive lifecycle messaging creativity with personalization across channels.
