Premier Bankcard, a leader in financial services, seeks a Marketing Operations leader to evolve an integrated, technology-enabled function that drives speed to market, compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The role oversees marketing operations, Martech platforms, communication, and production teams.

The position manages 3-5 direct reports and collaborates with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to deliver compliant campaigns while coordinating marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Deep experience leading marketing ops in corporate/agency settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations, Martech platforms, communications and production teams.
• Ensure compliant, effective campaigns and manage vendor relationships to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for marketing performance and efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews for direct reports and cross-functional partners.
