Job summary

Simpson Housing LLLP seeks a Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist to join the Corporate Office in the Denver Tech Center with a hybrid work schedule. You will own analytics, reputation management, ILS setup, and multi-community social strategies across 70+ properties.

Responsibilities include analytics governance, partner relationships, and supporting day-to-day PMS/AI tasks. A marketing-focused degree and 2–5 years in corporate marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing/administrative experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Analytics and GTM strategy, reporting, analysis; configure and maintain both platforms.
• Own reputation management strategy and Birdeye administration.
• Manage ILS setup, content and integration.
• Oversee Yelp, Bing, and Apple relationships.
• Analyze reporting across Birdeye, ILS costs, and Google Analytics.
• Coordinate bulk social media for 70+ communities using Canva, Drive and Sprout Social.
• Co-lead organic social strategy and Social Media Captain Program.
• Co-lead paid social strategy with Meta Ads Manager.
• Provide backup PMS and AI support for daily tasks.
