Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage its digital infrastructure, CMS, SEO, and online reputation across all communities.

You will support paid search and social campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and work closely with Revenue Management to align digital channels with leasing strategy. The role requires detail-oriented analytics, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on accurate data tracking and content optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience; multi-family housing or hospitality preferred.
• Experience leading SEO/SEM and social media campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports digital advertising campaigns across all communities, including budgeting and monitoring.
• Owns CMS management, SEO tags, and on-page optimization; leverages SOCi insights.
• Collaborates on content creation with Brand & Content teams and supports blog SEO.
• Manages listings, attribution tracking, UTMs, and performance reporting across channels.
• Monitors website and content alignment with pricing and leasing strategies.
