Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration across business and technical teams to create opportunities in marketing technology.

You will manage Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and related tools, handle incidents and enhancements, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, Dataverse, and related marketing technologies.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements end-to-end with SLAs.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps (tables, forms, views, dashboards, rules, flows).
• Maintain role-based security configurations and data privacy requirements.
• Support release management across dev, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor platform health, API usage, and Microsoft service updates; coordinate remediation as needed.
• Assess release-wave changes and support impact analysis and adoption planning.
• Support integration using Dataverse APIs, connectors, Azure services, and middleware.
• Maintain data quality and perform migration, deduplication, cleansing, and auditing.
