Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team in a hands-on role supporting CRM and marketing platforms. You will manage incidents, design solutions, and optimize Dataverse, Power Automate, and related tools to improve sales enablement and data quality.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
• Manage incidents, requests, defects, and enhancements with SLAs.
• Configure and support Dataverse, forms, dashboards, and Power Automate flows.
• Support integration with enterprise apps and ensure data quality.
