Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join its Information Technology team. You’ll act as a subject matter expert for marketing tech, including Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse, driving improvements in system functionality, reporting, and user adoption.

The role requires hands-on analysis, configuration, and collaboration with business and technical teams across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• What You Will Need: 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Dataverse, and related marketing technologies.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements from intake through resolution.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model‑driven apps including tables, forms, dashboards, and security.
• Maintain security configurations and lifecycle management for deployments across environments.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Monitor platform health, API usage, and release updates; coordinate remediation as needed.
• Support integration efforts with enterprise apps using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
• Maintain data quality through migration support, duplication management, and auditing.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement approved enhancements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, architecture, and business teams to ensure standards.
