CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join the Information Technology team in a; fast-paced environment. You will drive CRM and marketing platforms, deliver configuration, integration, reporting, and user adoption improvements across environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams and leverage Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Copilot features to enable secure, scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• 4 years of relevant experience in marketing technology or CRM platforms.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert for D365 Sales, Dataverse and related marketing tech.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects and enhancements end-to-end.
• Suggest fit-gap solutions, low-code or pro-code approaches with architects.
• Configure and support Dataverse/model-driven apps including dashboards and forms.
• Maintain role-based security and data privacy configurations.
• Support release management across dev, test, UAT and production.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in system integration and UAT.
• Monitor platform health, API usage, storage and performance; coordinate fixes.
• Assess release wave changes and plan adoption and communication.
• Support integrations using Dataverse APIs, connectors, Azure services.
• Maintain data quality, migration, deduplication, cleansing and auditing.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with security, architecture and business teams on standards.
• Create functional specs, docs, tests, and deployment plans.
