Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join the Information Technology team in a Senior capacity. You will act as a subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing technologies, driving improvements, integrations, and user adoption across CLA’s sales and marketing platforms.

The role emphasizes hands‑on analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and related marketing tech across functions.
• Manage incidents, requests, and defects from intake to resolution with SLA adherence.
• Configure and support Dataverse, model‑driven apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Maintain security configurations and compliance with data privacy requirements.
• Support lifecycle management: solutions, environments, deployments, and releases.
