Job summary

CLA seeks a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join its Information Technology team in a role focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and related marketing technologies. You will manage incidents, configuration, security, and deployment across development, test, UAT, and production environments.

You will develop test scenarios, monitor platform health, assess release changes, and partner with security, architecture, and business teams to ensure best practices and adoption.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing tech across functions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements from intake to resolution.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend approaches with developers/architects.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps (tables, forms, dashboards).
• Maintain security configurations and data privacy requirements.
